2009 in Review
Well 2009 is gone. Another decade has almost passed. I remember when I was an adolescent I often wondered if I would be alive in the year 2000. I thought about it alot , because it would mean I had lived to be forty. Well I made it and in addition to that I have lived ten more, God is Good. Its seems like just yesterday we were preparing for Y2k. Everybody went out and bought sardines and lots of bottled water because we were told the world was gonna end LOL . Alot has happened in the last ten years. Lets look at my top ten significant stories from the last year. 1. As an African American I celebrated along with the rest of America at the nomination and election of our first African American President, Barrack Obama. 2. We also mourned the passing of the little boy from Gary Indian the legendary King of Pop Micheal Jackson. 3.
